Receiving & Shipping – How FBA Prep Starts…
FBA Product Receiving & Forwarding at Momentum Warehousing.
The 3PL experts at Momentum warehousing are ready to FBA product prep. That starts with receiving goods & ends with shipping out FBA compliant goods.
So what will you send us? And how will it ship?
Pallet (LTL) Receiving & Forwarding
When sending us pallets by LTL (Less-than Truck Load), we’ll unload them with our forklift at $15/pallet. Once Amazon Product Prep is complete we load outbound pallets for $25/pallet. If a wood pallet is needed, we provide that at $18/pallet.
Small Parcel (SPD) Receiving & Forwarding
When you send us cartons by SPD (Small Parcel Delivery), we receive them at $3/carton. Once Amazon Product Prep is complete, we stage individual cartons outside for daily outbound UPS pick ups at $4/carton.
FBA PREP – HOW IT WORKS
However, our process starts with Default Product Handling. Here we pull units from cartons. We provide a free visual inspection of packaging and we set aside any units with damaged packaging. Then we count all your units unboxed. This sets the stage for prepping your products for bundling, polybagging, FNSKU labeling and more.
FNSKU labeling prep is important for wholesellers, private label sellers and retail arbitrage. This 3 x 1″ labels connects your product to your product listing at Amazon. So when you make a sale, Amazon’s pickers can scan and pack your product up for shipping.

Once we confirm a hard count on unit quantity, we can print and apply your FBA compliant 3 x 1″ FNSKU labels on to the correct packaging. Once all kitting, polybagging and labeling is completed, we re-pack units into master cartons.
From here we’ll build out the FBA shipment in your Seller Central. Or you can forward us UPS/FBA labels. And finally we stage the outbound shipment for daily UPS pick up.
If new, uniformed master cartons are needed to repack units received from a Removal Order, we can provide affordable boxes. There is a $2 materials charge for each box provided. If specific box dimensions are required – we can purchase those at an additional materials cost.
