Payment Policy and Scope of Momentum Warehousing LLC as Agent and Service Provider (“Payment Policy”)
- With regards to international or domestic shipments, Momentum Warehousing LLC acts only as an agent and consultant for facilitating shipping, logistics, and customs for imports. You agree that You are responsible for the payment of your goods to your supplier and/or third parties. You agree that you are responsible for the payment of all shipping, logistics, customs, duties, taxes, tariffs, and/or port fees associated with your goods, this may include payment to Momentum Warehousing LLC for any payments made on your behalf.
- Momentum Warehousing LLC reserves the right to charge a 10% late fee of your account balance in the event of nonpayment or partial payment for any or all services provided, following 30 days of nonpayment or partial payment for any or all services provided. Momentum Warehousing LLC reserves the right to charge a 20% late fee of your account balance, including any or all accrued late fees, in the event of nonpayment or partial payment for any or all services provided, following 60 days of nonpayment or partial payment for any or all services provided. A 20% late fee will be further assessed every 30 days of nonpayment thereafter until your account is brought current.
- Momentum Warehousing LLC reserves the right to hold the release of any or all of your goods for nonpayment or partial payment for any or all services provided.
- Following 90 days of nonpayment or partial payment, your items will be considered abandoned and Momentum Warehousing LLC may confiscate any or all of your goods in order to compensate for any or all services provided. Late fees will continue to accrue indefinitely until your account is brought current.
- Momentum Warehousing LLC reserves the right to update this Payment Policy at any time with or without notice.
