How Our Process Works
The 3PL experts at Momentum Warehousing are ready to provide packaging inspections and labels inspections on your inventory. That starts with receiving goods at our prep center.

Pallet (LTL) Receiving & Forwarding
Whether its a removal order or new product launch, when you ship pallets by LTL (Less-than Truck Load), we unload them with our forklift at $15/pallet. Once inspections & prep are complete, we forward palletized products for $25/pallet.
Small Parcel (SPD) Receiving & Forwarding
When you forward us cartons by SPD (Small Parcel Delivery), we receive them at $3/carton. Once product inspections and overall prep services are complete, we’ll build the outbound shipment and stage cartons for UPS pick ups at $4/carton.

Packaging Inspection – Getting Started At Our Warehouse
- New clients get started with our free Onboarding Form. This creates a new account in our Client Portal.
- Product Receiving – Send us a copy of your Packing List. When we receive products, we match our hard count to your Packing List.
- FBA Prep – We conduct packaging inspections and complete inspection reports for corrective action.
- Storage Starts – $29/pallet per month for 90 days. Beyond 90 days, storage per pallet is $49/pallet/month.
- Carton Forwarding – shipping requests are submitted your Client Portal. These are processed and picked up by UPS, USPS, and FedEx within 48 hours.
- We invoice via an emailed payment link through Quickbooks before your shipment is collected. The prep services and rates are itemized for your review. Clients have 30 days to pay invoices. A 10% late fee is applied to late invoices thereafter.
