What happens after the Onboarding Form is submitted?
You will immediately receive a series of welcome emails detailing your user account information and the next steps in streamlining your e-commerce platforms so we can hit the ground running together.
Within one business day of submission, you will receive a welcome call from Edward Nickerson, our COO. You both will review the entire Momentum Warehousing process, have any and all questions answered about the next steps, and start the path towards building operations excellence for your organization.
What are the hours of operations for Momentum Warehousing?
Warehouse Operations: 
Monday to Friday from 8:30am – 6pm 
Warehouse Receiving: 
Monday to Friday from 10am – 4pm. 
Administrative: 
Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm. 
Weekend or alternate hours may be available upon approved appointment requests.
