Pallet Receiving
Momentum Warehousing offers industry leading pallet receiving value at $15/pallet. We’ll say it again – ship us a pallet and we’ll receive it for $15. What’s this include?
Leverage our warehousing power as we unload FTL and LTL shipments using our EV powered forklift. Pallets are unloaded into a secured gated yard. Inventory is then counted – matching delivery numbers with Packing Lists. This data is confirmed into our Inventory Management System for your review at any time.
Once inventory is counted and verified, pallets transition into storage using our battery charged pallet jack. No bumps, no bruises – just a quick seamless slide into a secure pallet dock bay. From there, inventory is mapped and cataloged into our Warehouse Management System for easy locating.

We welcome over-sized pallets. Not every warehouse does. But, we have the industry experience, warehousing equipment, and a commitment to clients to provide 5-star service. Pallet Shipping Times

That means any pallet shipping request received by phone, email, or portal are replied to and confirmed within 24 hours. LTL prep starts thereafter.
Pallet Prep Process
Pallet prep requires precise attention to collecting correct cartons to build onto a pallet. Our impeccable inventory management brings precision and speed to your LTL forwarding requests. What’s more, our B Grade Wood Pallets and Predator SS LP Semi-Automatic Low Profile Stretch Wrapper ensure a sound foundation and firm wrap for LTL shipping. This tight pallet wrap protects products from the wears and tears of LTL shipping.
Pallet shipping concludes with printing BOL paperwork, staging the pallets and loading them onto FTL or LTL trailers. Two copies of your BOL are printed and signed. The trucker keeps one and we keep one – for you. Finally, truckers back their trailers into our secure yard for pallet loading. Container Receiving and IMS Integration
Container receiving starts with a Packing List from clients. A Packing List updates our Inventory Management System (IMS) on your behalf. This data integration allows you to view inventory levels in real time as products arrive. Importantly, it also informs our container receiving team of what to expect and how to palletize it for storage accordingly.
Container Unloading
In addition to drop offs, we receive live container unloads that last between 2 to 3 hours. It’s here we emphasize speed when receiving and unloading containers. Drivers charge detention fee’s for being held in a location longer than their designated delivery window. So we aim to always beat the clock on live unloads.
Pallets are still built by SKU. And we do our best to maximize storage space by building pallets up to 72″ tall. This saves you money on monthly storage rates.
After the truck leaves, quality assurance protocols kick in. Our team retools your new pallets to ensure your carton’s Shipping Marks face outward. Then, we compare carton counts on pallets with your Packing List to ensure alignment in inventory numbers. Finally, we update this data into your IMS thereafter. Cross Docking & Transloading
Momentum Warehousing offers cross docking and transloading services for Full Truckloads (FTL) and Less Than Truckloads (LTL). Less is more. So we offer affordable transloading services at $10 per pallet received and $10 pallet loaded.
Cross Docking
Our transload services include impeccable FTL/LTL appointment timing and reliable inventory management. What’s more – our secure unload yard provides spacious storage for easy access to pallets.
Timing and synchronization are the foundation of cross docking. At Momentum Warehousing we recognize your transload appointments require ‘precise ‘to-the-minute’ timing. Delays on inbound shipments can disrupt appointment flow, causing delays on outbound shipments. We’ve mastered our appointment setting process, by procuring load info from clients and coordinating daily delivery slots for FTL and LTL drivers.
Transload Inventory Management
Our planning skills also extend to inventory management. Since products are not meant for storage but rather transloading – real-time pallet management is critical to keeping pallets accounted for. We section off staging areas in our yard specifically for pallet holding until an FTL or LTL tailer arrives for the outbound pick up appointment. Never lose a pallet to mismanagement or damage.
