When you send us parcels, we welcome them at $3/box. Alternatively, when you send us pallets, we welcome them with our forklift at $15/pallet.

Parcel Receiving Services – Getting Started
- New clients get started with our free Onboarding Form. This creates a new account in our Client Portal.
- Send us a copy of your Packing List. We will match it against your delivered cartons.
- We palletize products by SKU during delivery. This pallet data plugs into your Client Portal.
- Storage is $29/pallet per month for 90 days. Beyond 90 days, storage per pallet is $49/pallet/month.
- Carton Forwarding requests are submitted your Client Portal. These are processed and picked up by UPS, USPS, and FedEx within 48 hours.
- We invoice via an emailed payment link through Quickbooks at month’s end. The month’s services and rates are itemized for your review. Clients have 30 days to pay invoices. A 10% late fee is applied to late invoices thereafter.
